or we are super smart trainers 🙂 We love him!
Hi Barb,
Thoven went to the front door last night 2X to whine just a little to be taken out for a bathroom break. No accidents preceding. No accidents, period. Housebroken on arrival? This was not expected!
Thoven needed a few minutes to wail the blues about being in his kennel for the night and then all was quiet. He commenced communication again at 4:30 am, we went outside, came back, back in the kennel until 6:30, just a moment of wishing it were otherwise before he quieted. He’s having his second kennel nap of the day now. Not a peep of disagreement about it.
Last night he tugged the towel you’d seasoned for him to the middle of the living room, spread it out, and went to sleep on it for a quick nap.
Thoven is eating well. He is enjoying his toys and he is patiently working his way around the house, taking stock of things. He likes to romp, but he also loves to be held. Perfect!
Will give you a short report about what our vet says after tomorrow’s 9 am appointment.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
Best, Â Grant & Susan
