This photo was taken with our last litter of puppies. It is a reminder of how blessed I am. My job allows me to share life with so many people. Not only my family, but the people in town where the puppies visit, and all the wonderful clients who receive a puppy. It is a little busy here at Rolling Oaks with several litters, yet each day as I hold the puppies, I feel so lucky. When these 6 grand kids come to grandma’s they learn about life. They see the responsibilities there are in caring for animals. It is not always fun, it takes a lot of work and dedication, but I believe they are learning more than any textbook could ever teach. When we are running the dogs alongside the four wheeler, I always sing “Who let the dogs out?” and they reply with their names! What fun it is that they can be not only a part of my life but a part of my job! In all the business, I never want to take for granted the little things that make life so worth living. This photo captures the blessings of my life..puppies and kids.
