Dear Barb,
When we brought Keeper home as a puppy, we were hoping for a dog who would be able to love our grandchildren with us. Keeper fulfilled our hopes in every way. Even in the last week of his life when he was so frail, he stood quietly and wagged his tail to greet an approaching two year old.
Our thirteen year old Keeper (Banner x Lily) died suddenly of a heart attack last week. He was a wonderful, wonderful friend to so many. The tears say it all.
