The puppies went to Pro Works yesterday. Pro Works is a facility that  employs
adults with special needs. Everyone had a great time!

Zoey had 5 males, 2 females on June 23. No C-section! YEAH! Zoey is an excellent mom and her puppies are doing great! We have male puppies available in this litter. These puppies will be ready to go to their new homes August 11. Please fill out a puppy application if you are interested and we will call you for a phone interview.

Here is an update with pictures of Sienna (Captain and Zoey 2-13-10). Her first day home at 10# was amazing for us! She is truly a golden girl! She fell asleep and we did cover her, but the bear is not posed . . . She was so tired!  read more…

This video is of my son-in-law Nate taking their dog Zoey for a walk with my grandchildren Avery and Isaac. It is a good example of how well a trained dog is with small children. The training collar and leash we use is a wonderful way to teach a dog to heel next to anyone of any age.

On Saturday, April 3 Zoey’s puppies went to their new homes! It has been extremely busy here with three litters. On Easter Sunday we had our kids home and friends over, sat out on a blanket and held Jewel and Emmy’s puppies all after-noon. This week we start socializing Jewel’s puppies and have gone to day care, Amy’s class and Pro-works. A male puppy from Jewel’s litter got a scratch or cut on his eye, and needed two little stitches. He is now wearing the cone of shame (from the movie “UP”) He will recover completely. We have a male puppy available in this litter. They have a very sweet, calm temperament.
