Jewel’s litter went to Lincoln Apts. All the people gather in the foyer and wait for the puppies. When I came in today with the ten puppies they asked me how I was, and being honest, I replied “tired”! Even though it is so much work to bring the puppies out and about, it is worth it all to see the expressions on people’s faces when they see a whole litter of puppies together. They are always mesmerized by their beauty and energy. It is so fun to bring life into a room. It is nights like this when I look out over our little lake, and reflect on the week, knowing I still have a ton of work ahead of me with Emmy’s litter, but knowing I am sending out an awesome litter to their new homes on Saturday.
Daniel was home from college for the weekend and brought his girlfriend and roommate. This is Brody on facebook and socializing one of Emmy’s puppies!
Last week Ruby’s litter was six weeks old and we went somewhere everyday.

Visiting ProWorks in Litchfield- a facility that employs people with special needs.

The puppies went to daycare, then came home and played with my nieces and newphews. Lots of exposure to kids!

We visited the nursing home where the residents couldn't get enough puppy holding

This is Gabby, my sister's black lab. Gabby always does a great job playing with the puppies.

The puppies visited Amy's class.

The best of both worlds- a puppy and a baby!
DELILAH’S PUPPIES TO THE NURSING HOME

Today we brought Delilah’s puppies to the nursing home. It is an assisted living facility, and my father in law is living there. These photos capture the joy a puppy brings to an elderly person. Even though it is always a lot of work to bring the puppies to all these places, it is so rewarding to see the reaction people have towards a pup.
ABBY AND THE PUPPIES

This is Abby, our daughter Kelly’s sister-in-law. She loves to come out and hold puppies. You can see by the photos how much she loves the puppies. This is Delilah’s litter. They will be going to their new homes tomorrow.
PUPPIES TRAVELED TO ZIMMERMAN

The puppies traveled to Zimmerman on Wednesday where my son in law teaches. It was great for the puppies to go on a trip and the kids really enjoyed themselves.
VISITING PRO WORKS

The puppies went to Pro Works today. It is a facility for handicapped adults. It is one of my favorite places to bring the puppies. The people are always so excited when we come in. All the puppies followed me right in the door!
