Jewel’s litter went to Lincoln Apts. All the people gather in the foyer and wait for the puppies. When I came in today with the ten puppies they asked me how I was, and being honest, I replied “tired”! Even though it is so much work to bring the puppies out and about, it is worth it all to see the expressions on people’s faces when they see a whole litter of puppies together. They are always mesmerized by their beauty and energy. It is so fun to bring life into a room. It is nights like this when I look out over our little lake, and reflect on the week, knowing I still have a ton of work ahead of me with Emmy’s litter, but knowing I am sending out an awesome litter to their new homes on Saturday.

Jewel's Litter
It has been VERY busy here! Jewel had her puppies Feb. 20. She had 10 babies! Four females, six males. On Feb. 25 Emmy had 7 puppies. Four females, three males. We have one female and three male puppies available in Jewel’s litter. They will be ready for their new homes April 10. We have one male puppy available in Emmy’s litter, which will be ready for their new homes April 16. Please fill out a puppy application if you are interested in adopting a pup from these litters.

Dear Barb,
We can’t believe Ginger is already 1! She had a great birthday (lots of presents and a nice “doggy cake”)! Ginger is a Jewel/Captain puppy.
She is doing great, loves playing fetch and is so smart! When we tell her to get a certain toy she (almost) always comes back with the right one! One thing she really needs to work on is barking, though. She REALLY likes to talk and sometimes talks too much when she is outside (especially at night when she goes out before bed).
She is such a good puppy, a great companion, and we don’t know what we’d do without her! Please find attached a few pictures of our sweet girl!

Hi Barb, Lena has been a treasure and a handful, but more of a treasure. Thought you’d like to see her at one year, (Jewel/Captain pup) although she looks like the rest of your beautiful gang.
She is the perfect dog to spend the summer in Canada. She jumps in and out of the boats with the fishermen and has trained them to obey her wishes. (“More attention and food, please!”) Teresa

Hi Barb-
I just wanted to send you a couple new pictures of Tashi (born August 2006 Jewel and Captain). We really couldn’t ask for a better dog and I’m still wanting another puppy to add to our little family, partially because she is so great! Tashi goes to doggy day care twice a week to wear off some of that endless energy plus to keep up with her socialization skills with other dogs. The people at the day care love her and all want to keep her. It’s really nice to hear how much they really enjoy having her there and what a great dog she is.
Tashi has the biggest smile I’ve ever seen from a dog and I’m constantly hearing from others how beautiful and adorable she is when she smiles…I don’t think most people have seen a dog smile like she does!
Thank you again for giving her such a great start to her life. Harry and I count our blessings every day we have her in our lives! She’s a great dog bred by great people. Thanks again for breeding such a beautiful soul. I’m hoping I will be contacting you in the near future to add to our family.
Warmest Regards,
Dar
